Here is what it usually is
Heaters give up in the coldest week and coolers in the hottest, almost every year. Most faults we see fall into a handful of categories, and plenty are a same-visit fix.
Heater blowing cold air, or not starting
Usually ignition, gas valve, burner or control board related, and one of the most common winter calls we get. Many are fixed on the first visit.

Dry pads, a tired pump, a blocked water line or a float that has stuck. A pre-summer service catches most of these before the first hot week.

Our vans carry a broad range of common parts, so many repairs are sorted then and there rather than booked in for a second trip. Every technician is licensed and insured for the work they do, and the same in-house team turns up every visit.
