Correctly sized, not guessed
The quality of a heating or cooling system depends heavily on the quality of its design and installation. Every installation we quote starts with a site visit and a heat load assessment: floor area, ceiling heights, orientation, glazing, insulation and the way the rooms are used. Then the ductwork, return air, outlets, pipe runs, outdoor unit position, electrical capacity and controls are designed for that system, and the whole thing is commissioned before we leave. That detail is what you are paying for, and it is why we may not always be the cheapest quote.
Rebates and finance
Replacing an old gas heater or air conditioner with an efficient reverse cycle system can attract a discount under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. We check eligibility for your home and handle the paperwork; figures are confirmed in your quote. Finance options can be discussed at quote time.
